    Many individuals struggle with anxiety about daily stressors, like work, school, or relationships. Some clients have experienced traumatic events like a loss of a loved one, divorce/separation, accident, injury, abuse/neglect, etc, which contribute to stress, anxiety, depression, flashbacks, dysregulation, etc. Our approach to addressing these concerns are using Multisystemic Family Therapy, which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy that incorporates understanding the behavior and emotions to find ways to change and create new ways to cope, as well as learning coping skills, and utilizing support systems, and prosocial activities.
