Hello, my name is Megan Token, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) practicum student currently attending Colorado Christian University. I have a background in adventure therapy with at-risk youth and young adults. This experience grew my love for experiential therapy modalities. I tend to lean towards a person-centered approach, as I want to collaborate with my clients on their goals. I value the power of how our beliefs influence our emotions, such as in CBT and EFT; creating space to be aware of this can empower clients to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
