I am an LPCC with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am committed to supporting families, couples, and individuals as they work through life’s difficulties and move toward resilience. My clinical interests include grief and loss, addiction, depression, anxiety, couples therapy, betrayal trauma (including divorce and infidelity), family dynamics and reunification, PTSD and complex trauma, war trauma (including work with refugees and veterans), identity development, and boundary work.
Before pursuing counseling, I worked with individuals from over 50 countries, providing mentoring and coaching as they navigated significant life challenges. This experience broadened my cultural awareness and deepened my commitment to walking alongside people during life’s toughest seasons.
I approach therapy from a client-centered and trauma-informed perspective, customizing my work to each person’s unique values, needs, and goals. I believe that healing comes from a collaborative and compassionate relationship, where you are seen, heard, and empowered.
Whether you are facing relational conflicts, rebuilding trust, processing grief or trauma, or navigating major life transitions, I am here to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
