Hello! My name is Lauren and I graduated from Boston University with a Master of Education (EdM) in Counseling with a specialization in sport psychology. During my time in Boston, I worked with children and families providing in-school therapy, in-home therapy, group therapy and individual therapy. I have a passion for the intersection of mental, physical, and emotional wellness, and have worked in therapy settings utilizing a movement-based or exercise psychology approach for those across the lifespan. I love working with children, adolescents, and their families and want to empower their voice and choice in the therapy process as much as possible. I aim to address clients’ unique experiences and needs with an emphasis on person-centered, culturally competent, and strength-based care.
