Asking for help is hard and is perhaps one of the biggest first steps in the healing process. I am so happy you are here! Do you look at the world and feel that you should have it figured out but don’t? Are you struggling with grief or trauma? Do you want to make connections but are struggling to find a way to make that happen? Or are you needing help with setting a career goal, or just need someone to talk to? You are not alone in feeling these things and I would love to help you! Using a combination of person-centered therapy, CBT, and motivational interviewing, we can work together to set goals and find coping mechanisms to address a wide range or behaviors. One size does not fit all. I like to get to know my clients so we can work together to find the best approach to address the issue. A little bit about me: I have my Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies from Belhaven University and my Masters in School Counseling from University of Southern California. I came into the mental health field after working as a children’s ministry director for a year. I have recently worked as a crisis counselor and a school counselor. I have a passion for helping people overcome trauma, grief, and working with family units. I also have a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves.
