Asking for help is hard and is perhaps one of the biggest first steps in the healing process. I am so happy you are here! Whether that is for grief, trauma, making connections,  setting a career goal, or just needing someone to talk to. You are not alone in feeling these things and I would love to help you! Using a combination of person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, we can work together to set goals and find coping mechanisms to address a wide range or behaviors. One size does not fit all. I like to get to know my clients so we can work together to find the best approach to address the issue. A little bit about me: I have my Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies from Belhaven University and my Masters in School Counseling from University of Southern California. I came into the mental health field after working as a children’s ministry director for a year. I have recently worked as a crisis counselor and a school counselor. On my free time, I love to go hiking with my dog, read, and watch movies. I have a passion for helping people overcome trauma, grief, and working with couples. I also have a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves.
