Megan R. O’Brien, M.A., MFTC

I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology at Santa Clara University.. During my internship for my Masters program, I worked as the Mental Health Therapist at an elementary school where I was providing individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation to my clients, their caregivers, and for school staff when applicable. As a school-based clinician, I worked primarily with anxiety, trauma, social difficulties, and behavior management through DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and Motivational Interviewing. I am passionate about working with children and their families, and aim to provide the support that works best for them.
