I’m an LPCC with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My background includes work with individuals facing addiction, individuals navigating seasons of depression or anxiety, individuals dealing with questions of purpose or existential crises, adolescents learning to manage large transitions and family conflict, and couples working to strengthen or repair their connection.
My approach is straightforward and down to earth—I try to avoid the unnecessary pressure and dramatic language that can sometimes surround mental health. Whether someone is navigating stress, stuck in old patterns, or trying to make sense of a life change, I hope to offer a steady space where we can sort things out together.
I tend to draw from Cognitive Behavioral and Narrative Therapy and find that change and healing often happen when we challenge the thoughts and beliefs that undergird our behaviors. Above all, I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is the foundation for real change. Techniques are important, but trust, honesty, and a sense of collaboration matter more. My goal is always to build a relationship where clients feel supported, challenged when needed, and motivated to move toward a life that feels more manageable and aligned with their values.
