Hi, I'm Blythe! I'm an intern therapist currently pursuing my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. I'm originally from Raleigh, North Carolina and moved to Colorado in 2024. I have worked with children and families for 9 years in a childcare setting, and I'm excited to continue that work from a new perspective as a therapist.

I'm passionate about giving individuals and families the support they need to move through difficult times. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, valued, and understood. My approach is person-centered and humanistic, rooted in the belief that healing happens through safe, supportive relationships. I believe therapy works best when it moves at your pace and feels collaborative, authentic, and grounded in trust.

I look forward to working with individuals and families of all backgrounds, and I'm particularly drawn to helping those with experiences of marginalization, neurodivergence, and trauma.
