I am a clinical mental health practicum student, earning my master's degree through Capella University. I received my undergraduate degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and have lived here my entire life.

While I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, I have a special interest in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults on the autism spectrum, as well as their families. I strive to create a space where neurodivergent individuals feel respected, supported, and free to be themselves, without pressure to fit expectations that don’t align with who they are.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. As a counseling intern, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore challenges and move toward meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship while incorporating practical, evidence-based strategies to support emotional regulation, communication, and self-understanding.

In my free time you can find me crocheting while curled up with my dog, Atticus and enjoying all the wonderful outdoor spaces Colorado has to offer (though I’m usually reading outside rather than hiking).
