I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at Capella University with a focus on Child and Adolescent Counseling. I moved to Colorado after growing up in the Midwest and have over ten years of experience working with children and teens in schools, community programs, and mentoring roles. I’ve always enjoyed working with young people and have a passion for supporting them through life’s challenges, and I look forward to working with adults of all backgrounds.

I approach therapy with curiosity and compassion, drawing from person-centered, play therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches to meet clients where they are. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.
