Jamie Luttrell, MA-MFT Intern

My name is Jamie Luttrell and I am an MA-MFT practicum student currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on mental health and bring twenty years of experience working in healthcare into my work as a developing clinician.

I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective and utilize multiple therapeutic modalities, with a particular focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I value meeting clients where they are and creating a supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental space. I currently work with children, teens, couples, individual adults, and families, with an emphasis on marriage and family relationships.

I am passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges, honoring each client’s unique experiences and strengths, and showing up with authenticity, compassion, and curiosity throughout the therapeutic process.
