Hello, my name is Traci Neal, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapy intern at National University, where I am pursuing my passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. Healing begins in a space where people feel safe, accepted, and genuinely heard.
My approach is rooted in client-centered therapy and influenced by narrative and solution-focused therapies. I come into each therapy session with curiosity, compassion, and the belief that every person's story is unique. Rather than seeing people as their problems, I enjoy working alongside clients to explore their experiences, recognize their strengths, and discover new possibilities for growth and change.
Whether you are facing a difficult transition, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where you can feel understood and empowered to move toward the life you want.
When I am not in the therapy room, I enjoy reading, spending time with my granddaughter, paddle-boarding, and playing with my dog!
