I am currently an MFT intern, pursuing my Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy at the University of Colorado Denver. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and the understanding that each person is the expert on their own life. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and sharing their stories.
I welcome working with individuals, couples, and families, and my approach to therapy is relational, meaning I believe our experiences, relationships, and family histories shape how we understand ourselves and connect with others. I am particularly interested in how patterns and dynamics can be carried across generations and influence our relationships in the present. By exploring these patterns with curiosity and compassion, I hope to help clients gain new perspectives, deepen their self-understanding, and recognize opportunities for change.
I believe growth begins with feeling understood and having the space to explore our experiences without judgment. I strive to work alongside clients to help them recognize their existing strengths, make sense of patterns, and discover new possibilities for themselves and their relationships. I feel privileged to be part of each client’s journey and to support them in building more meaningful connections with themselves and others.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking, getting lost in a good book, and reading fiction and memoirs. I also love spending quality time with the people closest to me and finding opportunities to explore new places.
