I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern with a background in board-certified music therapy and extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of medical and mental health settings. I earned my degree in Music Therapy and became a Board-Certified Music Therapist in 2019, providing therapeutic support in settings ranging from the NICU, PICU, and ICU to pediatric oncology, hospice, grief care, inpatient psychiatry, PHP, and IOP. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on the ways relationships, life experiences, health, and emotional well-being intersect.

As a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, I recognize that relationships and environments shape people, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, with a focus on helping individuals, couples, and families better understand their patterns, strengthen their relationships, and develop meaningful tools for change. I value meeting each client where they are and working together to identify goals that are meaningful to them. My clinical interests include relationships, family dynamics, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and supporting children and adolescents.
