Hello! My name is Dylan. I’m originally from Sharpsburg, Maryland, and relocated to Colorado in 2024. I am currently a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) intern dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life challenges while building healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Before beginning my graduate training, I spent several years working in wellness, retail, healthcare leadership, and start-up technology while continuing my education. These experiences gave me the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds and strengthened my understanding of how our relationships, environments, and life experiences shape our mental health and well-being.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and cultural humility. I believe that meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, identify their strengths, and work toward the goals that matter most to them.
My clinical approach integrates Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered principles. Because every individual, couple, and family has a unique story, I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. I enjoy partnering with clients to better understand the patterns that have shaped their lives while helping them develop practical tools, discover new perspectives, and move toward lasting growth and healing.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, family conflict, or simply looking for greater self-understanding, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
